Exclude ads inside special tags (e. g. blockquote) or show them after these tags

Hello,
sometimes it happens, that ads appear inside quotes (the blockqoute-tag) where they don’t look good. Is it somehow possible to exclude ads from being inserted inside special tags (like blockqoute) or make them appear generally after those tags?
