Any Way to Remove the “[Total: 1 Average: 5/5 ]” or Modify It?

Hi!

This does just about everything I could hope!..but.is there any way to remove the [Total: 1 Average: 5/5 ] from displaying to visitors, or to modify it to just the total # of ratings, with no other text?
