Any easy way of setting form defaults?

I’m wanting all of my popups to use the following settings:
Popup Theme …….. Cutting Edge
Size …………… Medium – 60%
Min Width ………. 20 %
Max Width ………. 60 %
Animation Type ….. Fade
Animation Speed …. 350ms
Location ……….. Top Left
Top ……………. 50 px
Left …………… 50 px
Checked ………… Position from Trigger
Close Text ……… Close
Close Button Delay . 0ms

Just wondering if there is an easy way of setting the defaults, or do I have to do it the sledgehammer way? Thanks for any info…
