Possible plugin conflict with GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce

Hi there,
I have GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Lite active on my site.
I’ve noticed that with Smush active if I try to browse to a shop / archive page where GS Variation Swatches is active, the page load stalls or at very best takes a really long time to load.
With Smush deactivated the pages load fine.
No idea why this would be happening, I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins except Smush, GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Lite and Woocommerce but the problem persists.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
