On the settings page for each shipping zone when the list of countries is long it covers the shipping methods and you are not able to click on the shipping method it to edit the shipping method options.
The only way to get around this is to inspect the code of the page and use a css display:none; property for the relevant section in the code inspector or copy the direct url for the settings page in another tab.
Could this be addressed int he next version of woocommerce.
