I’ve tried 8 times to back up my website. Each time it took over an hour until it gave me a “Not Fully Backed up” error. Some posts suggest to change one of the advanced setting from the 400 default. I tried settings from 50 to 650 for that setting. No difference. After 13 hours of trying I removed it from my website. If it doesn’t back up for you the first time you try it, just delete the plug in, don’t waste the hours I did trying to get it to work.
