Copy to S3 at the specified date

Hi,

Thanks for this great plugin. Before upgrading to Pro, I had a question about this version: Is there a way to NOT immediately copy files to S3 Bucket but only copy at specified intervals? For example: When my posts were published on 12 April, the images of these posts would be copied to s3 on April 22. (after 10 day)
