I have a new site installation using the 5.4 version at godaddy hosting. As soon as installation completed, I cannot access the /wp-admin. Instead it always redirects to wp-admin/?page=wpem with option to select a theme. No matter I select a theme or click “Use Default WordPress”, I still cannot login to wp-admin. It looks like I am stuck in a loop.
