Problem with Counter sticks at 0

I’ve been having this problem with the counter. I used Flash’s embedded counter plugin but it sticks at zero, no matter the number I use. I tried downloading another plugin (Counter number) with the same results.

I’m operating a WordPress multi-site, and I don’t know if that’s the issue with the plugins. Any thoughts?
