Hi,
The administrator for our website left over a year ago and wasn’t kind enough to leave the log in details for the administration portal beforehand. We now have a user who’s spam e-mails seem to be filtering through onto the webpage (deleted as of the morning but know more will appear on the site shortly).
The question is – is it possible to remove the current dormant administration account which we cannot access and create a new admin account?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
