Click to Tweet doesn’t work

Hello!

I have already purchase this plugin a few months ago and recently (after an a update of the plugin and the change of my theme) the click-to-tweet option doesn’t work. I can put the shorcode to my blog posts, but it doesn’t show up. Any ideas?
