Hi, I can see that many users have the same issue and I wanted to talk with you because we have the same issue on our website.
On other tickets, you responded something like “We just tested it and it works fine”. That is completely true because the application is working all the time, but SOMETIMES it doesn’t. I didn’t ever catch the bug (if I catch it, I will inspect it so we can maybe find the problem in the console) but as this is your plugin, we paid a couple of addons for it and it is obvious that it has issues, please help us fix this.
Since now, our company had hundreds of applications so far in couple of months, this issue is making our website unprofessional and we will change the plugin we don’t see that you are trying to help us with this.
