Hi,
I need urgent assistance – we have an account which we cannot logon to and where the webpage is not accessible. Webpage is Rubato.dk. The webhotel and hosting partner says all is ok and this is also what the logs says when we enter the webhotel admin pages. The only issue is that WordPress does not recognize the account any longer. Please assist urgently – we can prove ownership, content and other details, but somehow WordPress has disappeared completely.
