Remove duplicate button on job dashboard

I noticed that there is a ‘duplicate’ button that displays when a user goes to their job dashboard. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/8DkDwJJ

Is there a way to remove this button or functionality? I do not want users to be able to duplicate their job.
