Last of all, I cannot get the plugin to work properly with free shipping module. I want shipping to be applied unless a certain $ amount is reached of eligible products.
Please let me know what it would take to get this working. I am happy to pay for the time to get the plugin working the way I am wanting. It really is a nice plugin.
