My students are trying to register for an upcoming 2 hour webinar which exists in GoToWebinar. The last time this worked was March 19 2020. All users get “The webinar either no longer exists or an error has occured.” I have tried creating an API user as well and the same results. I have tried clearing the cache, I have tried deactivating and activating as well. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
