Hi
I am planning a new site.
There will be virtual events, and for these I was planning to use posts and Advanced Custom Fields to create the details like time/place/info.
The post will be published when a small fee is payed.
I will also use MailChimp. If the post is setup to be included in upcoming newsletter (and this service also is payed for), then the post will be visible in the newsletter.
I guess this would mean a pretty advanced data model. I am planning to add more services and functions as I go so the data structure needs to be well planned to start with.
Any idea on how to approach this?
I installed WooCommerce to see if that could offer a starting point and also since it includes checkout.
But I am open to other suggestion.
In specific I am interested in the data. How can I structure it and yet make sure all functionality can make use of it at least when it comes to user details/posts and what services they want and what is payed for.
Thanks /Tove
