I am Highly disappointed with Sprout invoices plugin Service. I am beginning to think that someone has taken over the plugin and has no idea whats going on. The last update sprout made was over one year ago. My support has been so far, abysmal where I received only one-liner comments such as “read the documents” not twice but three-time maybe more. The documents give you no idea of the specifics of Ninja and Sprout’s invoicing integration this confirmed by a full-stack developer such php code instructions or simple tasks Like what fields in Ninja populate the sprout invoice fields to be able to achieve a certain look and feel. I am trying to create their stock standard integration process and have hit one problem after the next. Finally, I decided to move my entire site to Siteground, which I feel is a reputable service. I am still faced with problems where when I upload the sprout plugin it completely stops the form title links on the ninja dashboard from even loading up. If Dan Cameran is still the developer of sprout invoices then please man up and offer the service I paid for with your Biz Pro version. Your Videos try to make it look like a simple install but far from the truth. I am having to get a full stack developer to now look at the underlying issues. It would be nice if you communicated with your clients to resolve these issues. Finally, if you cannot offer backup service then don’t take people’s money. Period!
