I use WP eStore with PayPal checkout. I have PayPal set up to add shipping charges during checkout. Recently this stopped working; it does not offer customers any of my preset shipping options.
PayPal’s technical support told me that my “cart is passing a shipping_1 charge of $0 and your profile shipping method is set to override transaction based shipping.” PayPal says no charge of any amount (even $0) should be passed in the payment request. I checked my WP eStore shipping settings, and the base shipping cost is set to $0. I have tried to make this blank but it just resets to $0. There are no shipping charges connected to any inventory items.
I’d appreciate any advice on how to fix this problem!
