Delete Rows with Empty fields

I have created a recurring csv file of woocommerce products(Car Directory basically) and I am exporting the same csv file to another server as well. Sometimes certain cells in the file are empty and I would like to delete those rows from the csv.

I have written functions for parsing the values but this one I couldn’t figure out yet.
