Delete whole cache if post is trashed?

Is there a way to automatically delete the whole cache if a post is trashed?

Example: If a blog post is trashed, the single post page is deleted from cache but the content and links still appear in (not deleted from cache) standard WordPress blog-page and also in recent posts widgets etc.
