How to Whitelist incoming POST with no user agent

Hi there,

Thanks for a great plugin!

I am trying to whitelist an inbound integration a plugin I use needs. It posts back to my server with no referrer or user agent and Wordfence is set to block these requests. See https://i.imgur.com/wmIFtGo.png

I have tried a whitelist by using request querystring to match the URI parameter however I can not get it to whitelist these requests. The help on whitelisting is not very descriptive.

Can you please provide some guidance?
