Redirect not working after update

Hi,
I’ve been using this plugin for a while now and it worked great. After the last update, the URL I had saved won’t work anymore. Instead of redirecting to https://blabla.worth.blabla/saml/sp/discovery?idp=livewordpress it would now redirect these users to https://worth.blabla/wp-admin
If I change this URL to something else like /account-details/ it works fine.

So I suspect it has a problem with the URL and then redirects to a default.

Any ideas?
