Plugin won’t activate

Hi.
I downloaded wordpress and I want to download the plugin it show’s to me error or without any errors he didn’t activate anyway. When I got WordPress on my local PC it working perfectly everything, now I taked freenom domain and infinityfree hosting and problem start’s here.
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
