Hi,
We set up GiveWP on our site relatively recently and we’ve noticed some $1 likely fraud donations (most of which fail anyway). There is also one specifically that was $10 and has come through to us successfully, but the info provided with the donation makes it highly suspect and likely to be spam as well. They also set it up as a subscription to happen every month.
We thus have two questions: 1) should we go ahead and cancel the subscription if we suspect it is fraud? Is there a way to block this donor in the future?
2) What do we do about those $10 that came through? We have no actual proof it is spam, it just seems suspect, and we are unsure how to proceed in the event that money actually does make it through to us.
