Your server is running PHP version 5.2.17 but WordPress 5.3.2 requires at least 5.6.20.
I have checked the phpmyadmin and it says that I am running PHP version: 7.2.7.
I have read various posts and forums but am unable to fix this. The cpanel isn’t giving me any option to update my php version or downgrade it.
