WP displaying like Mobile on Desktop

I created a new post, pressed publish and then suddenly WordPress looks like it things I’m on a mobile device like a phone. Everything is hugely enlarged.

I’m using Safari 12.1.2 which is the most up-to-date for my operating system MacOS Sierra 10.12.6.

I checked in the Safari Developer menu and the User Agent is set to default, like normal. I tried setting to various user agents and reloading the page and that does not help.

How do I get it to revert to the normal desktop computer dashboard for WP?
