Make column images flow better and constrain size

Hi,

I have two 3 column blocks on top of each other to make a staff listing.

1. on smaller screen sizes, the column images do not flow — it’ll show 3 images, a blank space, and then the 4th image. (see screenshot here)

2. How can I limit the size of the image at smaller screen sizes? So on mobile, instead of showing single large images stacked on top of each other, I’d like to show two smaller images side by side. (Screenshot here)

I’ve tried searching but am coming up with very little, and would appreciate any help you may have.
