Hi. I installed a contact form plugin (Contact Form 7), then pasted the short code into a block on my contact page and updated. However, the short code is still there, rather than the contact form. Oddly, in preview, the form is visible. Likewise, when I navigate to the page from my mobile, the form is there — and works. It’s only from my own dashboard that it does not render from short code to form.
I have already deactivated my (very few) plugins to see if there was a conflict. That didn’t work. I also tried 2 different contact form plugins (Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms). Both had the same problem.
This is a brand-new domain, using the twenty twenty theme. Very little customization so far. I’m at a loss as to what else to try.
