Can’t access site when plugin is enabled

Hi,

I’m not sure why, but every time I activate the plugin I lose access to the site.
I then rename the plugin to disable it and remove the code from htaccess file.

I like your plugin but I can’t figure out why my sites keep breaking.

Any ideas?
