Posts arent shown sometimes

Hi,

I made page called Defi Ligi. I show my posts in the “Defi Ligi” category on this page. Everything is fine but sometimes when I add a new post, it is shown on the page immediatly and sometimes not. I mean althogh everything is set up correctly my new post is not shown on the page. I am refreshing the page, waiting for it but nothing effects it. So what do you think this is about and what do I need to get over it.
