WP Ocean is a great theme as it offers tons of settings and other customization options absolutely free and it works great with Elementor. We have recently started using it and recommend it to others as well. It may be too early to say but if the theme gives us the great benefits and speed which we are expecting then we may surely want to upgrade to a premium version.
