How to implement reviews (e.g. FB, tripadvisor)

Hey,

I want to put a review section where you can click on the desired image and it will redirect you to the platform for writing a review.

Is it just simply an image with a link or do I have to do to Image Map with Gimp maybe? Or is there a plugin or something?

I am pretty new to WordPress and I am using Elementor Page Builder.
