Bug with Add Media

Hello guys. I notice a bug with in my website in these days. When I try to add a media I can’t see the media that I have uploaded. You can see what I see when I try to add a media in this screen linked in “link tu the page you need help with”. I can upload images, but then I can’t see them. How can I fix this problem?
