Still sending email to all unsbscribed users

Why it still sends email to all unsubscribed users

I scheduled 3 post via Cron

1 subscriber unsubscribed when the 1 post is sent

and that subscriber still can receive email with the 2 remaining scheduled Cron

How can I avoid this?
