Foodie Pro – how to center post title with CSS

Hi all – I am a complete newbie so I hope I’m posting this question in the right place. I have not launched my blog yet.

I am working with the Foodie Pro theme and have tried to center my post titles without any luck.

What CSS should I be using to get my post titles centered and where should I be doing this work? The theme editor? Or Edit Additional CSS? I really appreciate your help.
