Forms are duplicating themselves inside other forms

I have the give donation form set up on my sidebar. And I have another plugin that has an event sign up on the same page.

Give keeps duplicating the other plugin’s form in the donation form – this also happened with the memberpress plugin form.

Any info on how to fix this asap would be appreciated. Thanks
