For a blog i wanted to add location tags on blog articles. I purchaced pro in late february to get al features.
After paying i got the download link. Installed it, ant guess.. It didn’t work
Tried some things for myselve
– Clean install of wordpress
– Disable all other plugins ect.
– Delete old RoboMap And Robomap PRO
Nothing worked. So i submitted a ticket. The next day i got a reply to provide them wit a’n account to enter my site, After replying this information i did’nt hear anything.
A week after waiting with no results/reply i asked how it’s going. The awnswer. We forwarded it to Develop department.
It is nog mid April. And still no solution. So i took a dive in the code of the plugin and removed some things and it is working for a part.
WORST SUPPORT I EVER HAD WITH A PAIED PLUGIN
