Hello. I have a few dev sites on GoDaddy cPanel hosting and the thumbnail generation on upload is working as expected. I used the exact same setup on a goDaddy Managed WordPress hosted site and the thumbnails are not auto-generated on upload. I see it says that Ghostscript is not enabled so I contacted GoDaddy about enabling it. They said it is not available for Managed WP hosting, only for cPanel. Is there any workaround or different way to handle this? I can manually generate thumbnails after upload, but my client would never be able to do that (she has enough trouble just uploading the files!) and she uploads a bulletin every week.
