Can’t remove the consent option after turning it off

I clicked on the Opt-in checkbox and updated my form. After realizing the amount of space and verbage it was going to take I decided to turn it off. It does not go away.

I looked and do not see it in <options> table, Is there a table in the database that this on/off function is stored? Or, is this stored in my Constant Contact account some place?
