I have a client that’s a nonprofit. They use PayPal for receiving funds for their various projects. I tried to set up a small WooCommerce store for them – no problems at all configuring, as usual. But there is something seriously wrong when users attempt to make a virtual product purchase and checkout.
Users SEEM to be completing the PayPal transaction, but when they are returned to the site from PayPal, they get an error like this:
Billing Street address is a required field.
Billing Town / City is a required field.
Billing State / County is a required field.
Billing Postcode / ZIP is a required field.
But there was never any place for them to enter these fields’ info in the first place!
I just can’t believe that the major eCommerce platform for WP can’t handle a simple PayPal checkout transaction. There just HAS to be a simple fix for this, no?
