I am running my site since my designer stopped responding to my emails, which hasn’t been a problem until this morning when I was presented with this message instead of my dashboard:

I am not sure what the email address would be, but I am fairly sure that I am one of the site administrators. Is there a way to set the primary admin email to another registered email without access to the dashboard?
