Option for unStrip Category Base

Hi,

I use the option “Strip Category Base” for my article but want category base for some, it is possible to have an option in category to change général setting?

Or another methode to do that?

I have one category in google news, and need to have /news/ in article url for make distinction with other articles, atcually I use a news plugin who do that, but it give me some problem and slowdown website.
