I have tried various methods and plugins in the effort to migrate a WordPress site. This plugin actually works. And without surprises or breakage. Very nice.
I give 5 stars (as I cannot give 4.9 stars). I would prefer that it only required write permissions on the /wp-content/uploads/ directory.
