I am trying to export our help site using the tool and now no longer see the content folder with the site pages and json information. I only see the wp-includes folder, wp-content folder and index.html within the zip file.
We used to also have the website content within another folder, and the json search information.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or need more information. Thanks!
