confused by HTTP/2 Push

Hello,

I understand HTTP/2 Push configuration on Nginx is needed:

But what does HTTP/2 Push function in MMR please? does that mean no need configuration on nginx if “HTTP/2 Push” is checked in MMR please?

Would you please clarify?
