Flat Rate – $5.00 then $.50 for second item

Hi my dropshipper changed there rates

I need some help to figure this out

I know I have to do a Flat Rate for say the USA or CDN so when I go in to each of them I need to set up up kinda this way.

FLAT RATE – Shipping class costs

T-Shirt – 1 Shirt Price = $5.00
– buy more than 1 t-shirt = $1.00 per shirt

How will this formal look – as right now i’m just at if they have 2 – t-shirts in the CART it will be $10 but I’m looking for it to be $6.00 or $7.00 if they have 3 ect, ect.
