Plugin Problem

Dear all, from the last version of WordPress I have continuous access problems…
sometimes I access the admin area with the wp-admin renamed others I have to use wp-admin itself.
Each time I restore all data deactivating plugin and deleting connected line in DB options table as well htaccess.

Is there is a way to avoid all this work?
