Creating a paragraph with smaller text inside article

So inside my articles I have a “disclaimer” at the bottom. I have set the font size for this disclaimer to ten. And in edit-mode it becomes smaller than the rest of the text, which is what I want. But when I publish it is still as big as the bread text. How can I make the disclaimer in the bottom smaller than the rest of the text?
