I bought paid add-ons for this plugin. After payment I could not find where to download the files, because nothing came to the mail. After 12 hours, I decided to enter their official website from another device. After entering, a page with previously purchased products appeared. This page does not appear if you do not go to the site under your login again. Until that moment, I had already written several letters of support, but no one answered me. Installing add-ons failed due to a critical error. Checked up on different hosting. I wrote about the problem in the support forum, but they did not answer me.
